Health and Wellbeing at EduGems Finland camps includes

We have chosen these because we believe in the power of movement in learning. Movement anchors thought, creativity and focus. Our methods combine and connect physical movement with the content of the STEAM curriculum. Our health and wellbeing pedagogy is in line with the Finnish education curriculum. Studies show that regular physical exercise increases memory, creativity, concentration and the ability to handle stress.

We have a holistic approach to wellbeing – everything is connected: physical exercise, mental wellbeing, a balanced diet, rest and recovering.

At EduGems, movement is a way to develop good and healthy connections to others and oneself – teamwork & self-awareness!
